Autumn is here and school holidays are just around the corner. Luckily Adelaide does not disappoint with a huge variety of events around the area to enjoy with the whole family, here’s our Top 5 things to do…
1. Tasting Australia 05th Apr – 14th May 2019
This annual event showcases the amazing food & drink produced in Australia. From masterclasses, wine experiences & degustation dinners to a relaxed atmosphere on the ‘Town Square’ - the hub of Tasting Australia, located in the centre of Adelaide featuring live music, pop up bars and some delicious food.
2. Aladdin the Musical 06th Apr – 12th May 2019
Disney’s spectacular musical, Aladdin comes to Adelaide this April. The classic tale is brought to thrilling theatrical life on stage with breath-taking sets, mind-blowing special effects, over 300 lavish costumes and a fabulous cast.
3. Circus Rio 05th April – 12th May 2019
Circus Rio is a performance that celebrates the capability of the human form through colour, dance, music and life. You will find FMX Motorbikes somersaulting, aerialists who will dangle from the ceiling, a tribe of Samba Girls stomping to that fierce Brazilian rhythm and so much more! The circus is held at Bonython Park, which is just a couple of tram stops from the hotel.
4. Nutella-Palooza 20th April 2019
One whole day dedicated to chocolate! Nutella-Palooza will feature over 50 food trucks and over 1000 variations of Nutella including Nutella beer! There will be rides for the kids, chill out zones, an Easter egg hunt and cooking demonstrations. For just $10 per ticket and kids for free, this one is a great way to spend Easter as a family.
